Philosophy
I like to keep things simple and my approach to recruiting is simple. Listen to the needs of my client and candidate then focus these needs into a good match for a win/win opportunity. As the manager and leader of our office I practice an honest and forthright approach in our business dealings with both our Clients and Candidates and I expect the same from each of my team members. Our approach is to be "quietly persistent".
Experience
I started my recruitment career in July 1995 after spending more than 25 years as a human resource professional with three World-Class manufacturing organizations. I was involved in two plant start-ups with Black & Decker and Emerson Electric before spending the last 10 years with Eaton Corporation’s heavy truck division. For over 10 years I have used my interpersonal and recruiting skills in helping companies throughout the Southeast and Midwest add experienced, qualified people to their staffs.
I specialize in all aspects of manufacturing management such as OPERATIONS MANAGER, PLANT MANAGERS, H. R. MANAGER, ENGINEERING and other technical professionals including ACCOUNTING, MATERIALS and QUALITY CONTROL.
I am a 1969 graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in mathematics.
