Philosophy
I believe my clients are asking me to search for and find a candidate they themselves are unable to find, a quality candidate that can perform, meet expectations and produce in a way to satisfy today’s market demands. Experience
I began my recruiting career January 2002 and have been instrumental in helping companies meet their staffing requirements throughout the United States. As a previous 28-year veteran working within multiple disciplines in both Engineering and Management responsibilities for both Government and Manufacturing World Class Manufacturing organizations. I have enjoyed working for The United States Army Corp of Engineers as an engineer developing plans and specifications on projects such as the Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway from Mobile Alabama to the Tennessee River. The Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area within Kentucky and Tennessee and various Dam and Lake upgrade projects within Tennessee and Kentucky. Upon leaving the US Army Corp of Engineers I began my career with Eaton Corporation Heavy Duty Truck Transmission Division working on multiple Engineering assignments at the Shelbyville Tennessee facility, then moving on to the Eaton Kings Mountain NC facility I enjoyed various roles within Engineering, Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, and various Management assignments. I have been an auditor over multiple Eaton Facilities for the Corporate Legal Department in Environmental Health and Safety compliance and have hands-on experience as a business system examiner (modeled after the Malcom-Baldrige Award).
I am a graduate from Florida State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering
